Jack Wolfskin Loyalty Program

Description

Jack Wolfskin is a German outdoor apparel and equipment brand that launched its loyalty program in 2020. Over four years, I supported the program by leading the redesign and co-defining creative concepts for key assets that drove and sustained member engagement.

My work included the UX-driven redesign, conceptualization, and design of the Membership Newsletters for the DACH and UK markets, as well as static and animated banners and the Outdoor Community page. I also contributed to internal and offline assets (including an AI avatar video), collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to shape engagement strategies and creative directions, and created custom illustrations and handcrafted elements for kids-focused newsletters.
